Senior Consultant

Program Director

Role: To provide leadership to the cell and give strategic direction., to coordinate with State and Central agencies for utilizing land of PSUs, to prepare land asset inventory details., to review redevelopment proposals along with legal valuation, etc

Qualification & Experience: Postgraduate degree in Planning / Infrastructure / Management along with B.Tech / B.E.(Civil) and minimum 25 years of experience in Urban Development/Land Management/Infrastructure or Public Policy, along with minimum 03 years of experience in major Land Monetization projects. Preferable - Phd, research publications, or leadership role in any major land / Infrastructure projects.

Consultant Grade–2

Senior Advisor – Land Reforms

Role: To examine issues related to land records and ownership disputes., to provide legal clarity/support in matters of land transfer, acquisition, and settlement, to support policy reforms for effective land monetization., to prepare strategies for redevelopment of urban land., to advise on zoning, master planning, and urban redevelopment., to establish coordination with Housing and Urban Development bodies/organizations.

Qualification & Experience: Postgraduate degree in Law / Economics / Public Policy / Urban / Regional / Town Planning / Urban Management / Property Management, or specialization in Land Revenue Laws, along with experience/knowledge in LLB. Experience of 8–15 years in areas such as: Urban land use planning, Housing or municipal administration, Revenue administration, Land reforms or legal consultation. Preferable- Experience in digitization of land records.

Advisor – Private Sector Participation

Role: To design a PPP model for land redevelopment and to facilitate private investment in unlocked land.

Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Management / Real Estate. Desirable Qualification: 3–8 years of experience in PPPs (Public Private Partnerships), Investment Facilitation, or Private Sector Engagement.

Specialists – (Valuation & Analysis / Business Modelling / Governance & Regulation)

Role: To provide technical support in specialised areas, to conduct research & to develop/prepare models

Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree in Economics / Law / Statistics / Planning / Engineering / Management / Real Estate / Journalism, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Part-time Engagement: As per suitability and programme requirements, part-time personnel may also be engaged. Emoluments shall be decided accordingly.
