About the Commission
The State Transformation Commission (STC) serves as the strategic think tank and delivery support unit of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. It supports departments through evidence based policy inputs, outcome monitoring frameworks, inter-departmental convergence, and structured review mechanisms. The Commission focuses on translating vision into measurable results at state and district levels.
